Joint management of the project using an effective and pragmatic way, suitable for a project of this size, still delivery control and steering during the whole life. Virtual and real meetings, reporting, and Auditing are the tools used for this activity.
Survey of the existing technical and economical opportunity as well as the possible co-operation with the local entities, in order to identify the optimal technical and operational solution.
Communication between the participants and the external community, both scientific and of general interest. A special attention is given to reach the Chilean community to foster the support and the relationship towards Europe scientific and cultural environment.
